Not quite ready for the high voltage demands of a space marine, but here:

...are candy-sized RTGs -- radioisotope thermal generators. At
relatively low temperature gradients, they might easily generate a
couple of volts for a hundred years. They are (necessarily) pretty hot
though, so you need more cool-looking fins all over your stuff.
