Well, that's why the player can buy it off if he wants -- if it's fun and
it's close to the meaning of the Aspect, that's cool. If it's not fun then
it's a bad compel and no one wants to pay to get out of unfun stuff.

In Diaspora players can compel each other, yes. That's not kosher in, say,
Spirit of the Century, but maybe just by oversight.
