Congrats on getting the book out! After all of the horror stories about 
shipping, Lulu surprised me with a total price of ?33 delivered to Sweden. 
Time to start counting down the days!

On the subject of pdfs, as the physical book is 6" by 9" anyway, why not 
just do the same as SotC? I've found it's 'regular' pdf to be very usable 
(as is the landscape version). I think most people that buy a pdf will do so 
to use it on a computer (possibly printing out some pages) rather than 
printing the whole book. Re-laying out the book into a Letter pdf seems like 
a lot of effort for little gain.
