Thanks for bringing this up, Ken, I'm actually just dealing with it
now. There was a problem with our last PDF upload and it won't print,
so I'm trying to hash out now exactly why that is since our draft PDF
printed just fine and I'm sure all we changed was some typo fixes.

Anyway, I've sent up a revised source file and requested a detailed
error report (what I got was:

  180: CID 7388640  Error - Text block will not RIP -

...which I did not find super useful) and am hoping that this revision
will solve the problem. Happily, if it does, it also fixes a
formatting error that's been bugging me as well. :D

I'll keep you all informed here.
